We met with the new trainer of the national team Yuri Marichev, now we are actively trying to understand his position, the system of the game that he offers. The coach, respectively, gradually recognizes each of us, is already trying to instill technical and tactical skills now. Everything is very good, the atmosphere is the most positive, we work very fruitfully.

Now they have already begun to work out ligaments, new combinations and other nuances. Always suggests, helps. As for his coaching qualities, we very quickly moved to work on technology and tactics, and we approach it from different positions. We analyze a lot of tactical moments, for me as a binder it is very important. I can say for sure: now I get maximum benefits for myself.

There is no completely unknown, all of its own, the common language has long been found and it is very useful for team interaction. Ready for such a turn of events? The most important plus is that the coach is trying to instill a quick game to the national team, for me this is only a plus, because Zarechye also tries to promote quick volleyball.

For some of the girls, some new products appear, especially in the game on the block, in defense, in these components it is especially difficult to rebuild. In men's volleyball, players in these positions act a little differently, but I think that everything will depend only on us. You just need to work with high quality, and then everything will work out.

Has he already started work? He already helps us with might and main, gives advice, working with us in training is constantly working with us. It’s great that we have the same role with him, because he went through much, his experience is enormous. For me, his advice is simply priceless.
