- Household issues on his wife? Tanya cooks perfectly, but homemade cakes are a separate culinary art. On me, everything related to work on Earth. I cherish every tree, planted with my own hands. As soon as I succeed, I always try to go to the village, to the house of my parents. There we have a beautiful garden. I land at least a hundred per year: in public places, on a personal courtyard.

By the way, the wife often joins such events. And I was always close to nature.He planted his first tree at five - proud was incredible. For big holidays, we are going here. For the New Year, Easter. With his wife, we set the table, exchange gifts. I often meet public holidays at work, I like to take my grandchildren to the parade. Especially now, when they have grown up and begin to ask a lot of questions about career, life.

They are even at my work. I am a rich grandfather: three grandchildren - Matvey, Andrey, Nazar - and one granddaughter of Sofiy. Have you noticed that one was even named in my honor? A serious person, held in all respects. We can joke and talk on serious topics, and just get together to sing songs, play on musical instruments. We have fun - we are an ordinary Belarusian family.

To whom are the peaks submit - what were you a child? Sometimes he did not obey his parents, but always helped them at work and home. I am from a large family - there are four children. Father was a communist, foreman, a public person. He spent more time at work and allowed us more. Mother was engaged in education, was strict. Once I already grabbed an adult from her with a broom on the arm - disobeyed.

But science gave: less in school years, more in an independent life. And for work and on life issues. We communicate well, we are friends. Our entire male half has two higher education. I can assume why the elder went to study at the agronomist. I love earth, water, plant world. We went fishing with him, and delved into the garden. Apparently, the genes took their own.

His second education is economic, now works as a leader. The youngest son is a lawyer. I am proud of them! The career is influenced by personal qualities - determination, initiative, sociability and the ability to quickly analyze the situation. But first of all, you need a great desire to work, be a useful team, country, try to honestly do your job. In Belarus, all conditions for professional growth and development have been created.

I am convinced that if the employee is really motivated, loves his job, he cares for the result, continuously improves his personal and professional qualities, he will be noticed and appreciated!
