Biography of Olga Puchkova
Olga Puchkova - a gymnast from the diapers in her piggy bank - all medals in rhythmic gymnastics, which are possible on Earth. So far, besides one, Olympic. But she carried Olympic fire along the streets of her hometown and believes that her cherished dream will come true - someday the main medal will replenish the collection. A wonderful teacher, a cheerful and cheerful woman who raised more gymnasts, prepared 18 masters of sports and 4 masters of sports of international class.
The guest of the “non -working mood” is Olga Puchkova, the honored coach of Russia in rhythmic gymnastics. On the twine - with my mother! She worked in Lokomotiv since its founding. The Lokomotiv stadium was originally, in the years, it was created under rhythmic gymnastics. The hall was built for the section of my mother and another coach - Tatyana Sergeyevna Gorshkova.
You can say I was born in this room. So I still work in it. My teacher was also the honored coach of Russia Tatyana Gorshkova. So they were always called through the dash: Puchkova - Gorshkova, sometimes even confused, who and what is the name - Galya or Tanya laughs. And now we have Lisitsyna - Puchkova. We work together with a partner, and the situation is repeated.
But mom told completely different things. Being in kindergarten, I did not feel strong gravity to gymnastics. Although there are photos where I am only 3 or 4 years old, and I'm already trying to sit on the twine. There are cards where we are sitting on the twine with my mother. I had not a very supple and flexible back, the ups of the foot is not particularly beautiful.
All the ten years that I had been doing, I constantly worked on it. I was figuratively speaking, "tight." But she constantly stretched, worked, and in the end these classes began to like and bring satisfaction. Therefore, according to my sensations, love of rhythmic gymnastics appeared literally from me with diapers. I liked to play, express images to the music.
Loved tricks with objects. I was distinguished by some kind of natural grip, so everything was easy for me, as far as I remember. It turned out to be perceived as its mentor? Then there were no other sections, men did not come to play football in the evenings, as it happens now. Mom left the gym late in the evening, when all the children were finished training, and I was left alone.
I tumbled and tumbled to finish the element. I had to finish him at all costs! Mom shouted: “I can’t leave you alone here! Therefore, I say to my pupils now: “Girls, the main thing is the quantity. Then everything will work out. ” The dexterity of the hands ... - Who did you dream of being in the school years? Has your calling coincide with a children's dream? How he does it.
At that moment, I thought that I could well become the driver of the trolleybus. I then with pleasure thought about how I would be happy to ride the roads of the city. When I got behind the wheel of my car, I received the buzz that I once experienced in my childhood, watching the trolley bus driver twisting her lamb. I still experience this pleasure from driving.
I have matured and realized that my calling is different. After graduating from school and not entering any institute, I scored a section of the 16 years old and began to work as a coach. Later, I entered the university in absentia. It turns out that there were no intervals for the thought “what to do and where to go” was. At one time, I even worked in a casino when it first opened in Ryazan.
Here the sense of the object worked just from gymnastics. I quickly laid out and collected cards - I very cleverly manipulated them. I liked it. Then it became difficult to combine two works, especially since the casino had to work at night. Then I left and finally realized that my vocation is gymnastics. I decided to completely give myself to the coach’s favorite work.
I believe that the main thing in life is to work, work and work again. Without a sense of responsibility, nowhere. And the gymnastics opened in me the ability to love and understand my job. It’s hard to eat badly. In addition, I always try to work with a sense of humor. My children can cry, and then we are already laughing together. I am watching that the training always ends with a positive and in a good mood, so that the girls would like to return.
School of courage - modern gymnastics - what is it? What methods do you apply to pupils? If earlier attention was paid to the tricks, we were very drawn and bended, now new rules have appeared regarding the load to exclude sore backs so that the woman remains a woman. Now there are more turns, more beautiful dances with objects. The whole direction in gymnastics has shifted towards femininity.
There is nothing wrong with the stretching - we are pulling from childhood, when the ligaments are still soft, quite neatly and painlessly. I am very grateful that we have changed the rules in this direction. It turns out something like ballet, but with an object. Gymnastics has become a beautiful and non -traumatic sport. They must get together, comb their lessons. They take textbooks to the competition so as not to lag behind school.
Girls should do everything themselves. We, of course, control them, but we do nothing for them.
We help very little girls, and at 10 years old these are absolutely independent children. When the girls grow up, they become very beautiful. When they enter the hall, the posture, the tread, and the figure are immediately noticeable. This is a beautiful emotional face with burning eyes and a gorgeous smile. They sincerely rejoice, they are grateful. Girls miss the hall, in the coaches.
Many of them bring their children to classes. I believe that rhythmic gymnastics is a modern institution of noble girls. In addition to raising beauty, grace, ability to work, we also instill respect for the elders. We also have a school of courage! And sometimes through tears ... Girls cry when something does not work out, and then they rejoice when they win victories-they immediately forget about tears.
When they stand on the pedestal, they feel only the cup in their hands, hear the anthem in their honor - there is no trace of fatigue and tears. To run to the Olympics - what are you fond of in your free time from training? When there is a free weekend, I try to go to nature, to the river, I meet with friends, I ride a bicycle. If it’s cold, then we go to the bowling or just meet the girls to chat, we go shopping.
And we love to travel with the company! If possible, we go to other countries. I did not reach the North Pole, but was in Murmansk, behind the polar circle. I traveled a lot in Russia thanks to the competition in rhythmic gymnastics. By the nature of my activity, I visited many countries. I trained the Thai team with whom we went to Asian games in Malaysia.
I worked in Croatia, Hungary, Belgium, Italy. That is, there are a lot of countries where I just worked, and not traveled. I always want to abroad so as not to combine rest and work. Therefore, if a free week is issued, I always try to fly somewhere with my friends.
