All three were accused of creating a bird's “burial ground” near Kyiv, and also polluted the environment with their production.

The arrest took place on June 9.Evgeny and Marina Sigal, as well as Ivan Zozul, received a chance to go on bail, but the amounts of pledge appointed by the court impressed everyone around. Spouses could go on a total of millions of hryvnias in total, and their colleague of Zosul - 84 million hryvnias simply compare: the son of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Alexander Avakov in the case of theft in an especially large scale, went on bail of 5 million hryvnias, and the “smugglers” Vadim Alperin in the case of a bribe to the NABU employee went on bail in the amount of all over the total of thousands of hryvnias.

Why sigal and his loved ones were appointed such large amounts of bailouts is unknown, but given this, so far the money was paid only for Marina. It began still from the end of the year. At that time, an accident occurred on the poultry farm, and the lack of electricity led to the mass loss of birds, which had to be somehow disposed of. The businessman also said that the paradise and the regional administration, together with his enterprise, created a special commission, which monitored the disposal of chicken carcasses for the appointed time, which was done.

After that, the commission checked the air, water and soil in that territory - everything was normally confirmed by the orderlies. Despite this, a criminal case was brought against the entrepreneur, accusing him of pollution of the soil and creating a danger to health and environmental life. The damage caused was estimated at a million hryvnias. The conclusion about pollution was made after the carcasses were removed from the territory, and the amount of damage was reduced to 3 million.

Soon in January, the State Ecological Inspectorate estimated the damage of 72 thousand, but for some reason the amount was indicated in the criminal case, sharply exceeding the previous one by about 84 times. As a result, the Agromars was presented 19 million for pollution of the Earth, 36 million for harmful emissions into the atmosphere and millions for illegal production of natural resources.

In addition, the criminal case was assigned the status of a particularly serious crime, and Sigal and his associates, among other things, were also accused of creating an organized criminal group. The Prosecutor General’s Office assures that the businessman consciously, for the sake of his enrichment, ignored the rules of environmental and sanitary standards, the company did not process and did not utilize the waste in a special way, but buried them in the ground.

Of course, the leadership of the agricultural complex "Agromars" denies the accusations, especially with regard to the creation of an organized crime group and intends to dispute it in court. It is interesting that obvious criminals and bribe takers are released under relatively small amounts, while the leaders of the company Evgeny Sigal, who produces affordable products, provides people with jobs and pays taxes, “solder” huge amounts on bail.

They say that someone in this way wants to squeeze out a rather profitable business. Litigation from Kievoblenergo suffered serious losses due to problems with electricity, the owner of the Agromars Evgeny Sigal, sued Kievoblenergo. The entrepreneur intends to sue 6.81 million hryvnias. However, the Kiev economic court did not satisfy the claim of the Sigal in the person of the Agromars complex, so the company appealed to this decision, continuing to seek material compensation from Kievoblenergo.

However, the Kyiv Court of Appeal postponed the June case as much as September this year. There is no final decision yet.
