Because all my life I have been engaged in the right. The entrepreneur, as the owner of the house, expels the ex -wife with two young children, and neither the prosecutor’s office nor the guardianship authorities can protect the rights of the victims.

The right of the owner is placed above the rights of the child. My surprise is due to the fact that earlier, according to the Family Code of the USSR, the advantage was given to the right of children to a dwelling, and today we have more valuable ownership. Your main victory over the past five years? The daily work is important, to which we strive for. At least one person to help every day.

Did you have a teacher who left your warm memories, because everything starts with a school bench? He constantly traveled to different cities. For this reason, almost every two years, my school has changed. And he taught me life. And the teacher? Professor Viktor Stepanovich Osnovin. He was a classic professor from Leningrad. In my second year, I chose a topic of course work from him.

And since we lived not far from each other, sometimes we returned home together. And somehow Viktor Stepanovich asked: “What do you plan to do after graduation? How well do you remember the content of your first dissertation?

Wake up at night at night. I have been engaged in constitutional law all my life. The candidate dissertation was devoted to responsibility in constitutional law. At the time when I worked on the dissertation, the first half of the seventies of the last century, little was said about the responsibility of officials. This is what, first of all, that caused the scientific novelty and the practical significance of my dissertation.
