Isaac Osipovich was born on January 30 in a Jewish family. The boy’s father was a small bank employee, the mother led the household and looked after the children. The Dunaevsky had six of them - five sons and a daughter. The family was musical. Mother loved to sing, accompanying her piano. It is not surprising that both Isaac himself and his brothers decided to devote themselves to creativity in the future.
The talent of Dunaevsky manifested itself from early childhood. The boy easily reproduced complex melodies, striking relatives with the purity of his voice. There, in Lokhvitsa, he began to study at a music school. At eight years, Grigory Polyansky began to study with a small artist, who taught him the ownership of the violin. Under the leadership of the teacher, Isaac began composing his first melodies, but in those years parents hoped that the son would choose a more stable profession than music activities.
In M, the Dunaevsky family moved to Kharkov, where the young man graduated from the gymnasium and at the same time the conservatory in the class of composition and violin. After that, Isaac at the insistence of his parents entered the university, choosing a legal specialty. But the business of his whole life remained music and films, having received a musical education, the young man got a job in the orchestra of the drama theater in Kharkov.
There, the young talent impressed Nikolai Sinelnikov, the director of the theater. Dunaevsky was offered to write a musical accompaniment for the production of “Marriage of Figaro”. The first two years of the capital's life, Isaac Osipovich dedicated the Hermitage Theater, then moved to the service of the Moscow Satira Theater. The operetta “knives” and “grooms”, with enthusiasm accepted by the public, were written there.

The film was enthusiastically met by both Soviet and foreign public. He was sent to the festival to Venice, where he received high marks of judges. And the song "Heart" was remembered for a long time. Together, the films “Circus” and “Volga-Volga” were created, the songs from which Soviet spectators hummed with pleasure. Other directors turned to Isaac Osipovich for help. So, in the co -creation with Ivan Pyryev, the Kuban Cossack tape was created.
The composer continued to create outside the cinema - he wrote operettas, waltzes. And at the height of the war, he created the song “My Moscow”, which helped people not lose their mental strength and faith in victory at that difficult and terrible time. Later, she became the official anthem of Moscow. The same inspiring one turned out to be a “song about the homeland”, which first sounded in the film “Circus”.
The last work of the composer was the White Acacia, he did not have time to finish this operetta. The premiere took place on November 15, a few months after the death of the master. Dunaevsky began social activities to engage in social activities in his youth. A funny story is connected with this: once, having thought, Isaac Osipovich sketched a short musical phrase on the fields of business letter, and a telegram with a demand for decoding came from Moscow.
A year later, he was chosen as a deputy of the country's Supreme Council. Later, during the Great Patriotic War, Isaac Osipovich led the musical ensemble, traveling around the country with concerts.
