Usually I give people the impression of an impulsive extrovert, but in fact, in my soul I am an introvert. People consider me fair. No matter how sad I am and no matter how the situations in life are formed, I always believe in people and believe in the best. I am an ordinary mother of three children. I love all living, natural, natural. I love nature, trees, grass, I love horses, I have been riding riding for several years.

I wear a minimum of make -up, I always have comfortable shoes, comfortable clothes that do not constrain me. But at the same time, it should be beautiful, I am also an esthet. I like to see beauty around me and create it. I love yoga. I can’t say that I have a healthy lifestyle for percent, but for eight years I have been doing yoga every day. I have a practice - I get up with sunrise.

Natural biological hours are important to me. The pace of life is now very high, and when you have three children, you come home from work, and in the evening you need to stay with your family and cook dinner, there is little time left for yourself. Therefore, the early morning is the sacred time for me when I can bow to the sun and do physical exercises, devote several minutes to spiritual practice.

This is what charges me all day. Honesty and decency are important to me. On percent I can say that all my environment and the people with whom I work are deeply decent people. Maybe this is due to the fact that I work in a field where transparency, transparency and openness is important. Most of all in people I value the ability to set high goals and willingness to go to them.

Now I understand that happiness is not necessary to look for, it is near, it is in you. For me, happiness is every day. Happiness is to be yourself. To be the way you are: I wanted to, I sat in Turkish, I wanted to do something-I did it, I wanted to say-said. For me, honor and dignity are important, these are the principles that are in my life by default. And I am always guided by them.

This energy is felt everywhere: in the people who go, in the stream of cars, in the air. But Astana is not like that, it is more official, colder, while it is still my house, my hometown. For me, my city is the city where I live, where my children, work and friends. Therefore, despite the fact that I was born in Almaty, I feel more as an ASTANCHAKS than Almaty.

Astana is a rather compact and clean city. You can go out of town, and after 30 kilometers there will be insanely clean air, it is important to me. My favorite place in Astana is the Balkaragai complex, which is located 30 kilometers from the city. There are stables there, and I go there in order to practice riding. I like this place, from there you can reach the forest, and to the river, and to the fields, everything is close.

Here is a vector of politics of the whole country. Even working in other areas, you feel involved in this, because it is the capital, here is the house of the head of state and all state structures are present. It is easier for people in Astana to be aware of the latest changes in regulatory, legal acts, legislation. The advantage of ASSTANCES over residents of other cities is that they can come to any state institution, make their proposals and achieve a result.

We do not need to write letters and send them by e -mail in anticipation of an answer. We create changes that affect thousands of Kazakhstani families, because all the projects that the fund is now maintained are systemic. Our fund was established by the Association of graduates of the Bolashak program. It was created five years ago at the initiative of Bauyrzhan Baybek, the current akim of the city of Almaty.

The purpose of the fund is to create equal opportunities for obtaining a quality education by children of all categories and the creation of high -quality content for Kazakhstani children. We have two main directions. The first is charitable system projects that we conduct together with the Office of Education and other specialized departments. There is a large project "Every child is worthy of school." Within the framework of this project, we introduce special children into inclusion.

We have chosen the most perfect model when a special child is invested in a comprehensive school. To date, despite the ratification of the Convention on the Rights of People with Disabilities and the Law on Education, which states that our education is inclusive, the rights of such special children are not fully observed. The most difficult category, these are children with autism, we enter them into a regular class, if necessary, they are accompanied by a tutor.

In parallel, we create and equip the cabinets of inclusion, create teams of specialists: psychologist, speech therapist, defectologist. Thus, the child goes to the usual class and receives the services of a multidisciplinary team of specialists, so it becomes easier for him to socialize. We have children in whose success no one believed, they did not contact either teachers or children.

Three months later, they have already become social, they had friends. And by the end of the year they participated in matinees and took prizes.We also created an expert council at the Fund, where we combined several charitable foundations and representatives of state, scientific institutions and deputies. The composition of this council we have already amended the two current government decisions and orders of the minister.

These changes will help special children be in schools and receive a decent education. Another of our program "travel grants". As part of this program, for participation in socially significant events, intellectual olympiads, sports competitions, people and children of all categories, we pay the costs associated with travel and residence. The second direction of our activity is a project on high -quality dubbing of Hollywood films in the Kazakh language.

With pride I can say that we are the only ones in all of Kazakhstan will organize such a project. Millions of Kazakhstani children, thanks to this project, have the opportunity to watch Hollywood cartoons. Of the latter, this is the "Book of the Jungle", "Alice in the Zlavraka." Five years, together with the Radisson Hotel Astana hotel, we have been holding a winter charity ball.

The ball program is completely built on debutants. Last year, questionnaires were filed for the casting near the person. The uniqueness is that various organizations and companies can contribute, providing their services: light, sound, decor. And we work out the rest of the program and conduct a rally of valuable prizes and a charity auction. Unique auction lots are introduced by philanthropists, members of the Board of Trustees and the Company.

Last year, we collected 28 million tenge. All proceeds are on the implementation of the projects of our fund.
