And after the election, the experts have repeatedly claimed: if I were not a Spassce - the percentage of votes would be different.

After those elections, I left the party, as I felt the weakness of the Bloc of Right Forces. People do not support her, still seeing her only Chubais and everything that is connected with him. What is it connected with? Indeed, in Europe, the right ones come to power with a bicameral system, where there are right and left. We did everything so that there is a powerful party that supposedly has their own right block - first of all, youth from the “Young Guard”, and the main forces are in the center and fight with the left direction.

All this is generally a kind of analogue of European right. Here the situation resembles artificial competition - the brands are different, the owner is one. But still, you need to understand that politics and business do not exist without each other. In this situation, I am on the side of the business, and many issues related to it, I have to solve through a political resource using the achievements and connections acquired during the time when I was in politics.

Comparative analysis - but you were still an official? At least I can get real consultations on the issues I address. In addition, having worked in Moscow for two and a half years, I came across all federal ministries. And he began to understand what federal level programs are being laid today, where one or another one can apply your professional qualities in one way or another. In general, having been in the skin of an official, I understand what language you need to speak with them in order to achieve a certain result.

Without fulfilling his promises, it can, for justification, find a lot of reasons and after that will remain an acting politician. In this sense, business and politics are opposite things. The businessman, having violated his obligations, will lose both in the financial result and in partnership.

Officials are generally a special caste. On the one hand, very smart people with a developed systematic approach, clearly working with documents. On the other hand, there is always some kind of shifting responsibility to another: as I was told, I did so. If you are an official of the middle level - not a minister and not a deputy minister, you do not see the result of your work.

Every day of paper, papers, packs of papers, you sign them, sign them-and at some point it becomes absolutely the same as the result will be, because in the end you decide not you. And I’m used to it, if I signed something, I should finish the matter. Therefore, he himself initiated his transition to Transnefteproduct, as this is a commercial state -owned company that really engaged in business.

It was more interesting to me there, because, being an official, as a businessman, I began to slowly degrade. This was another reason for leaving. A very limited degree of freedom: where to go, what to do, with whom to talk.

If you competently organized production, marketing service, sales service, you are those who make money. You don't need intermediaries. We understood this on time. What is the reason for such a choice?

The church direction, for example, appeared because in years the defense equipment was idle, and we decided to use it - to spill the domes for gold. By coincidence and, with the support of Moscow friends, they won the tender for the Cathedral of Christ the Savior - covered his domes under the gilded gold. After that, they began to invite us to build temples from scratch or restore dome, crosses, interior decoration.

In general, in 12 years we have built near churches. In Russia, there are still few good specialists in this topic. The direction associated with the “Russian railways” appeared because the company once acquired a control package of shares of one of the plants, which previously entered the structure of Russian Railways. At that time, the enterprise almost died: so his management was not ready for the market.

And we, with our capabilities, experience and knowledge, were able to return the plant to life. Once we received an offer: “There is an interesting topic that will be really in demand in the near future, you will finance it, and we bring it to mind.” They looked, became interested, invested money. So we have this direction. Communication and telecommunications are very developed abroad, the new appears literally every week.

And we are constantly late: we are behind about ten years. It is almost impossible to get out with domestic equipment to the mass Russian market. Even due to the price, it is useless to compete, rivals are so strong. Therefore, you have to close special niches. For example, we are good in special means regarding the country's security, and we are a developer of specialized dispatch communications for railways and its software.

Here, for state security purposes, preference is given to the domestic manufacturer. Another thing is that abroad on such developments, in addition to supporting the state, is spent a tremendous amount of forces and means. Somehow he talked with German partners producing such equipment, and found out: there he was developed by a KB in a hundred people for five years and about a million dollars were spent on this.

I was just amazed. We have a hundred times less money, no state support and a team of 15 people who invented devices on almost knees. It is clear that we proved that we can create unique things. But it is very difficult to fight monsters. Better to be friends. It is necessary to have your own basic things, for example, software, use the best Western developments and competently implement them taking into account Russian specifics.

Projects of the federal level, which managed to get into Moscow. This is the construction of airports and paid roads. Here we work on our own topics - we are designing communication and telecommunication systems. At one time, having won the tender, Mikchel and K became the first Russian company to develop design documentation for the construction of paid roads. There will soon be a lot of them near Moscow, St.

Petersburg and in the Krasnodar Territory, that is, where there is a serious need to unload traffic flows. And we are going to do a turn -key basis for what we have developed. It is stable and most supported by the state: huge resources are invested in the railways. High-tech is risky and unstable-it sometimes bothers to sit in the last car. In addition, dependence on the human factor is very strong.

But this direction is interesting: there is a lot of unknown in it and you can realize yourself very well. As for church construction, it pays for itself, but does not bring big income. Focus only on earning, in my opinion, is flawed. Successful creators-focused on the creation of a new one are close in spirit, and material well-being is a natural component of success.

Today I am making different offers, attractive from the point of view of classes of posts and the opportunity to earn money, but I immediately say: if I am not interested in work, I won’t take it.
