Later my parents sent me to a music school. There I looked at the teachers who opened the notes and immediately began to play, I thought that I could do that too!

And when she realized that everything was not so simple, she announced her mother and dad that she was over with his musical career. Parents then took the piano on credit. And as it turned out a few years later, at the entrance exams I scored the least points!

But there were always love for music and curiosity, it was wildly interesting - what my voice was capable of. So by the end of the fourth year of school, I knew the whole repertoire for soprano - not only chamber, but also opera. Only graduates of the conservatory can boast of such a “baggage”. About romances, this is my favorite genre. Unfortunately, often in the execution of old Russian and gypsy romances, notes of vulgarity, restaurants sound.

But this is not so! There is so much wisdom, so much philosophy, so much life! Irina Starodubtseva - Bubenists about students many novice singers not only in Russia but also abroad applied for advice: how to sing a particular fragment of the work? I gave advice one, the other and people began to succeed! I thought: but is it not to engage in pedagogical activity on a professional basis?

Six years ago, the rector of the South-Western State University, Sergei Emelyanov, proposed to open a new department that produces vocalists of the academic direction at the faculty of linguistics at the faculty of linguistics and intercultural communication. A few days after that meeting, we discussed the curriculum of the Department of Vocal Art. Today it is a team of higher -level professionals.

Students take part in competitions and festivals, always return with victory. Our graduates, in turn, convey the skills of the younger generation in cultural institutions not only of the Kursk and the Kursk region, but also the eagle, Belgorod, we expand the boundaries: foreign students show interest in academic vocals.

We are studying children from Ecuador, China. The Kursk land holds me about Kursk. Wherever I am, no matter what rainbow prospects before me open, she always returned to her homeland. So, during an internship in Germany, the American opera singer received a tempting proposal to stay, prepare parties for the Munich and Berlin opera theaters. But my beloved men were waiting for at home - a husband and a little son.

I have always been and will be in the first place. Often on tour abroad they asked where I came from. Some did not believe that I was Russian, and asked to show the passport. We were very surprised that I was not from Moscow. She proudly said that I was from Kursk. And what is it, where is it?And this is the night to Moscow by train to the north, this is a great Kursk battle, the indigenous deserts, the nuclear power plant in Kurchatov, the Kursk submarine, the Kursk nightingales love the city very much and is proud of its small homeland.

No wonder the song of Vasily Zolotarev and Ivan Tsivaditsa “Kursk Waltz” has been my visiting card for many years, so far not a single solemn event can do without it. The song was so loved by the listeners that the younger generation of artists includes it in their repertoire. About love without her in any way. I am sure that it is love that rules the world. We have been together with my husband for almost 40 years, but every day for us as the first.

There is no special secret to a happy family life. I have long realized that men and women are two completely different planets. And we, the weak sex, need to be a little wiser, it is important to understand each other and accept a person as he is. And, of course, do not forget to give each other attention to each other. After all, there is nothing complicated to call during the day to find out how to say, to say: “I love you, I miss you and when they feel the support of their second half, the mountains are ready to turn for her.

This is probably the great power of love. My husband and I still rarely call each other by name. More often - affectionate words. I still remember with a smile how, after the concert, my colleague was brought to the house. I say to them: "Now my cat will come out." And Valera appears - at two meters tall. And at that moment the voice of one artist is heard: "Wow, a cat." About grandchildren, I am a happy person.

I have a big beloved and loving family. I’ve been grandmother three times! In May, the granddaughter of Mashenka was born. The senior grandson Vladimir goes to the third grade, middle, Vanechka - to kindergarten. When Masha appeared, the brothers said: “She will certainly become a great singer, her grandmother will teach her everything. Vova will be a producer, and Vanya will be a guard for two months with her husband morally prepared for a trip-after all, the first time we go to the sea with a child.

But all unrest turned out to be in vain. We liked it so much, we spent the three of us wonderful and have already begun to plan the next trip with this composition. By the way, grandchildren sometimes call me just Ira. I see nothing wrong with this. And yet I like it more when they turn to me: "Grandma." This is such a soft, warm and comfortable word, you can melt from tenderness and love.
