Taekwondo Khramtsov Biography
Main Useful Maxims Khramtsov: Olympic champion in Taekwondo. Interviews for EC "SPOSUDO" Friends, today have prepared for you a long -awaited interview with the Olympic champion, a very open and honest person with a good heart - Maxim Khramtsov. We are very glad that we had the opportunity to talk with Maxim, we learned a lot of interesting information for ourselves: about taekwondo, plans, preferences, life in general.
We wish you pleasant reading:. We are very grateful and grateful that you agreed to an interview with our Songsudo equipment center. Could you tell me a little about yourself? About your childhood? Perhaps there are moments that are most remembered? I was born in the Kurgan region - the village of Sovetskoye, Kurtamysh district. I lived there until 2 years old, I don’t remember anything from that period.
Then we moved to Nizhnevartovsk. As a child, I really loved films with Jackie Chan, constantly asked my father to give me karate, but since I was still very small, my father said that how you go to grade 1, I would give you to the karate section, it happened - as I went to grade 1, my father wrote me down on karate. I really liked it, everything as I dreamed: kimono, belt, this is all that I dreamed about so finally happened.
I can say that I had ordinary childhood life, walked with my brother, somewhere shkoliy. This is very valuable for each coach. Could you tell me in several sentences about your relationship? We have a very close relationship, we are friends with families, he can say, the second father - he raised me, his youth time was constantly with me: at training camps, competitions. At that time, I was mostly with him, because in our city there were no particularly sparring partner, training, so I had to travel to different cities, often did not see my parents, spent a lot of time with Alexander Veniaminovich.
We have a wonderful relationship, we understand each other at a glance, I believe that such relations should be between the coach and the athlete. How often do they go? In what way do you usually recover? The training is quite intense, but it still depends on the period. If, for example, soon we have no competition, then we have quite tough training. There is time to run, sway, give the tempo load.
Closer to the competition, we are already slightly slowing down, we go out to the peak and perform coolly. After training, I recover with the help of massage, I ideally still be a sauna, I try to somehow get distracted, as you often get tired at the training camp. Now there are still quarantine measures, you can’t leave the base, all this very psychologically presses for 3 weeks in one place, you can’t go out, nothing can’t, but we still find some ways to cope with this: we play video games, distracted.
Great desire, goal, we fully support you in this. In general, we ourselves advocate the popularization of Taekwondo in Russia as a whole. Maxim, how do you imagine work on development? Perhaps the plan to open the school? Or the development of the school that you represent - "Mau G. Nizhnevartovsk" Sports School of the Olympic Reserve "" "" As for the development of Taekwondo in my city, Nizhnevartovsk, yes, of course, I would like to do this, and most likely, at the end of my career, I will do this, I like it.
In addition, we have a rather weak Taekwondo in the region, I would very much like to develop it, popularize this sport. Yes, perhaps, I would open my school, as it turns out, I don’t make anything. As long as I have a goal, this is the Olympic Games, and then I will think about it. Tell me, please, how much did you help you with the skills in karate classes, when did you just start to engage in Taekwondo?
Did it take a lot of time to understand that Taekwondo is an activity that really really likes? Yes, I moved from karate to Taekwondo at the age of 12. I gave karate for 5 years, after that, at a rather early age, I came to Taekwondo, I was able to rebuild, but at first it was unusual, since karate is a more stringent sport, and in Taekwondo it is impossible to beat on the legs, they basically do not work with fists, my legs are mainly involved.
It was lucky that he was still very young, was able to rebuild, understand this sport, and over time I really liked it. Regarding the acquired skills in karate: you probably know, in karate I constantly beat my left foot. When I came to Taekwondo, I became left -handed - it helps me a lot in competitions. Lefts are extraordinary and it is most difficult to work with them. What recommendations for adults to improve your skills in Taekwondo?
According to recommendations for adults, this is a high -quality warm -up and hitch, so that there are no injuries and of course, it is very important to correctly recover between training. It can be proper nutrition, healthy sleep, massage, different types of physiotherapy recovery and so on. There are no chips for involvement in Taekwondo.I believe that if the child does not like something, he does not want to do this, then it is better not to force him.
Take me, for example, me: I always wanted to play sports, my parents always supported me in this and did not begin to give me somewhere in musical circles or draw, because I did not want to. My parents listened to my desire and gave me to sports. No need to impose a particular type of activity to the child. How did it all begin, why the audience so nicknamed you, everyone knows very well.
We would like to ask something else - can we say that this name has become part of you? Maxim, what does it matter to you? Yes, this is already part of me, part of my image in Taekwondo, you can, so to speak. I am very proud that I was called in the world of Taekwondo with the name such as Red Machine, because it is one of the strongest hockey teams in the world.
It is very cool that in the world of Taekwondo they consider me a “red machine”, I try to justify this title or nickname, how to say even correctly. Perhaps you have plans to have something in addition to sports? We know that now you have launched your own project, Maksim Khramtcov Project. Can you tell our readers more about him? I have plans for the near future only with sports.
I am an athlete, first of all. My main goal is the Olympic Games in Paris, we will prepare for them. Regarding all other projects - I am simply a face, and the guys who came up with all this are directly engaged in projects, I just help them in my free time. So, if we talk about the idea with diaries, then I really liked it, it's cool. I remember how in childhood we all filled the diary, I had to draw everything, draw.
It was not that uncomfortable, there was simply no alternative. Now, there is such an opportunity where everything has already been prepared, if this was in my childhood, then this would greatly simplify the time of filling out the diary. In general, this is a very necessary thing. With the help of him, the coach can see more, track, learn more about you: what you eat, how you sleep, how you endure training, what you get, what you still need to work on, a very useful thing.
In childhood, we traveled to Noyabrsk, still cadets. In the semifinals, they began to suck me, straight frankly - I performed with the locality, won it with a large score, but they began to give me fines for violations that were not there. I began to argue with the judge, they disqualified me, lost that duel, although I won. And our whole team refused to speak further, they said that if you have disqualified ours, we will not continue to speak.
We gathered and drove home by bus, did not take the medals, nothing. After that, we did not go there anymore. The most positive opinion was about you - a very open, friendly, hardworking and grateful person. An excellent upbringing is immediately visible. Please tell me what principles do you adhere to in life? Is there a motto in life? First of all, it is of course, to be honest with others, in relation to yourself, to trust and respect your teachers, parents, to teach and give advice to the younger generation, to pay attention to them, and just to be a good person in life, to help people.
What makes you get together with strength and continue to move on? Did I have moments when it was difficult for me? But did I want to quit and stop doing what I love? No, this has never happened. Thus, each time returning to the hall, I was motivated after defeats and never in my life I had a thought or something like that. Without a family, because this is the only thing that motivates me, inspires for what I train, for which I live - this is of course.
Maxim, thank you so much for the interview, learned a lot of new things. We wish you further victories and success in sports and life as a whole, to discover new opportunities for yourself, set new goals and remain the same sincere and open person, as well as an excellent performance at the Olympic Games in Paris. What can all our readers finally wish? I always support such topics.
Your readers would like to wish all the best, athletes to obey their coaches, parents, parents to support their children, listen to them, all the best and all the best to you.
